About the role

As a Logistics Developer, you play a key role in ensuring that Svenska Kraft Network is equipped with the right knowledge, competence, and prerequisites during crises and heightened readiness. You contribute to developing and coordinating the organization's readiness capabilities within the Grid Division and advocate for high professionalism, quality, and integrity in the work.

In the role of Logistics Developer, you have the opportunity to build and further develop the Grid Division's logistics function, both locally and nationally. You work to ensure that the right organization, materials, processes, and knowledge are in place. This is a role for you who want to help create robust, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions in a growing and developing business.

At Svenska Kraft Network, the Warehouse and Logistics Unit is a relatively new unit with an important mission within warehousing, logistics, and management of warehouse properties. Today, the unit consists of a unit manager, four employees, and a consultant, and we are on an exciting development journey.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Develop logistics solutions that work in both normal conditions and during disruptions.
• Ensure redundancy in transport, warehouse, and distribution solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.
• Participate in procurement of logistics, transport, and warehouse-related services.
• Be helpful and perform operational work in the warehouse.
• Support the business with logistics expertise.

We see that you have a relevant post-secondary education in, for example, logistics, or other education that Svenska Kraft Network considers equivalent. You may also have equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways that the authority considers equivalent.

You also have:

• Documented experience of operational work within warehousing and logistics
• Good knowledge of Warehouse and Logistics systems and how the system supports warehouse processes.
• Good understanding of logistics processes and flow optimization.
• Forklift license 1-4a –1-4b
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of transport law, national regulations, or industry standards.
• Experience working with or planning based on national logistics infrastructure (e.g., goods flows within Sweden, transport networks, terminal structure, or consolidation solutions).
• Experience in project management or change work.
• Experience in procurement of logistics contracts
• Forklift license C2

• Travel in the role occurs 3-5 times a month.
