We are now looking for an employee who wants to work as an administrator with a focus on transport planning and customer contact. The position is for a temporary need on a full-time basis, for 4–6 weeks, at our client's premises in Odensbacken.

In the role on the settlement department, you are responsible for planning transports, handling customer contact, and performing administrative tasks. You have daily contact with drivers and customers. The work is varied and eventful, where conditions can change quickly.

Here is what you need to succeed and thrive:

You have:

  • At least a high school education; post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or administration is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, especially in the Office suite (extra plus for Excel).
  • Experience in administrative work and/or transport or logistics planning.
  • Experience from agriculture is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with planning systems is an advantage.
