Airmee is a rapidly scaling last-mile logistics platform, backed by Bonnier Capital and other leading investors. We’re on a strong growth trajectory — from SEK 362M revenue in 2024 to +SEK 600M projected in 2025 (meaning an annual growth rate of approx. 70%), with a clear plan to reach profitability in 2026.
As part of this growth, we’re opening our sixth terminal located in Örebro, and this is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning. You’ll play a key role in building the operation, shaping routines, and helping establish a high-performing team from day one.

What You’ll Do 🎯Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
Sort packages and manage returns.
Load and unload trucks.
Help establish and build our sixth terminal from day one, contributing to routines, workflows, and a strong team culture.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Forklift license (A1–A4).
Fluent in Swedish or English.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Team player with the ability to multitask.
Physically fit and able to perform demanding work, including heavy lifting.
Positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Solution-oriented and proactive.
Motivated by achieving operational targets.
Responsible, engaged, and eager to learn.
Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities.
Open to feedback and continuous development.
Compensation & Location 📦
Salary and supplements: In accordance with the collective agreement (Transportavtalet): 30,268 SEK/month (0–2 years of experience), corresponding to an hourly rate of 173.95 SEK for part-time employment.
Location: Örebro
Employment Type: Multiple part-time positions available (24–32 hours per week), with the possibility of full-time employment over time. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
Employment start: September 1st, 2026
