As a warehouse employee employed by Dagab's logistics center in Örebro, you play a crucial role in ensuring that food arrives – on time and with the right quality – to stores across the country. It is an important mission where your contribution makes a difference every day.

The work takes place primarily at Dagab's fresh food department where it is approximately +4 degrees, but work at the grocery department where it is "room temperature" may also occur.

• Picking and packing orders – You complete orders according to the stores' requests. The work is done with the help of a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-directed picking system that helps you pick the right items). In the long run, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, you work either day shift or evening shift. Day 05:00–14:00 or Evening 14:00–23:00, from Sunday to Thursday.

The employment is a permanent position directly with Dagab, with a standard probationary period of 6 months.

Start date is by agreement. The job starts with training for 5 consecutive days where you work with support from a buddy. The following week, you work full-time to get into the actual job. The training takes place primarily during daytime. This is mandatory for everyone employed in this role.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to Axfood Group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. We also develop our own brands, such as Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.

• Forklift license A1–4.
• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Previous experience in physical work.
• Positive if you have been or are active in sports.

You have a positive attitude and enjoy taking responsibility, whether it concerns respecting schedules, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable with having your performance followed up and are motivated by getting clear feedback on a job well done.

To thrive in this role, good physical fitness and taking care of your health are required, as you perform repeated lifting. It is therefore important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active.

Your ability to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important – regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contact when performing your tasks. Other personal qualities are also valued.

Salary: According to collective agreement, following the warehouse and e-commerce agreement.
