CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Örebro.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has basic proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid B-driver's license.
• Enjoys physical work.
• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license or permit (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience in similar roles is a plus, but your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a workday look like?

The operations run on weekdays without holidays. Working hours are between 07:00–16:30.

• The day begins with preparing for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Next, the delivery takes place in your assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up with administrative tasks and preparations for the next day.

Employment type:

This is a hourly position where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scopes depending on the day and operational needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. Your employment begins with an introduction to ensure you have the best conditions for success.

Salary:

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting wage is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK/hour (excluding vacation pay).
