In the role of Forklift Operator, you report to the Warehouse Manager.

Your responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator at Mondi, you have a varied job where you have the opportunity to combine forklift driving with administrative tasks. You are responsible for loading and unloading carriers and ensuring it is done correctly and at the right time. You ensure that safety procedures are followed and that personal protective equipment is used, while also inspecting and maintaining forklifts and reporting defects to the dispatch coordinator. You are responsible for ensuring your own work complies with current occupational health and safety regulations.

Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that waybills are registered correctly according to specifications, that the correct goods are loaded in the designated place, and stopping loading/unloading where safety rules are not followed. Relabeling, reporting, and internal transport of rolls, plastic, etc., and other common tasks are also a regular part of your day.

Initially, the work schedule will be two-shift.

Your profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a team player who is engaged and positive. You have a high school education and/or experience from logistics. As a person, you are service-oriented, helpful, and enjoy both a varied daily routine and being part of a changing world. You like to contribute to continuous improvement and welcome development as part of your daily life.

Being open as a person is important as you will have many different contact points, both internally and externally. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy and can easily communicate with different people. You are stimulated by problem-solving and always try to see solutions instead of problems.

You have good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We value if you have training or very good knowledge of load securing, but this is not a requirement. Requirement: Forklift License A+B.
