About the Role

As a Terminal Worker, you will work in an environment where working days are physically active and the pace is often fast. The role requires a strong problem-solving focus and the ability to work methodically. We work towards daily goals, and you will play a vital role in contributing to the team's results.

You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, as well as handling inbound and outbound deliveries in our order management system. You will receive and inspect goods, ensure correct product handling, and maintain an organized warehouse. Duties also include inventory, loading, warehouse care, cargo marking, and reporting discrepancies.

You will collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure a safe, structured, and well-functioning work environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in warehouse picking. You must hold a forklift license with categories A1-4 and B1-4 and have documented driving experience. Experience working in systems for goods receipt/picking is a plus. The role involves some heavy and repetitive tasks, so good physical fitness is required. We also expect good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You will work in a dynamic environment, so flexibility, the ability to handle rapid changes, prioritization, and initiative are essential. You have a positive attitude and always keep the customer in focus. We value your ability to quickly adapt to new routines and understand the importance of good teamwork. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Other Information

This is a fixed-term position from 2026-08-03 to 2027-03-28, with the possibility of extension.

Working hours follow a two-week shift schedule:

• Week 1: Monday–Friday 06:15–15:15
• Week 2: Monday–Thursday 12:00–20:00, Friday 11:00–19:00
