You will step into an ongoing urban development project where the expansion of public spaces needs to be followed up with appropriate environmental technical interventions at the right time. The role involves ensuring continuous environmental control during ongoing construction, while remediation efforts are documented and reported in phases to the responsible environmental authority. When new observations arise in the field, you need to quickly assess the need for further control, reporting, and if necessary, risk assessment or risk valuation.

You will become a key specialist at the intersection of project implementation, environmental requirements, and authority dialogue. This is a role for you who thrives when your expertise makes a concrete difference in a complex project with a clear impact on execution.

• You plan and carry out environmental control as needed during the ongoing expansion of public spaces.
• You prepare remediation notifications in phases and follow up that the documentation and reporting maintain the correct quality.
• You are responsible for reporting remediation efforts to the responsible environmental authority.
• You use and build upon existing documentation from ongoing environmental control to create continuity in the work.
• You conduct risk assessments and risk valuations when the project's development requires it.
• You collaborate closely with the project's involved parties to capture needs that arise with short notice in the field.

• Experience from similar projects in urban development and environmental technology.
• Access to and familiarity with working with documentation from ongoing environmental control.
• Ability to handle remediation notifications and remediation reporting in phases.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and risk valuations as needed.
• Flexibility and the ability to act with short notice when field observations require immediate environmental control.

• Availability with short notice and the ability to work flexibly based on the project's needs.
