Do you want to help develop AT-Schakt? We are now looking for an engaged KMA/Estimator who wants to become an important part of our team.

About the role

As a KMA/Estimator at AT-Schakt, you will have a central role in the company. You are responsible for the company's work within quality, environment, and working environment (QEW), while simultaneously working with estimates, tenders, and cost calculations for our earthworks and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and tender documents.
• Create quantity take-offs and cost basis documents.
• Work with procurement and tender processes.
• Be responsible for and develop the company's QEW (Quality, Environment, Working Environment) work.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quality, environmental, and working environment plans.
• Support site managers and project managers with QEW issues.
• Participate in risk assessments, self-control checks, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a QEW coordinator, estimator, or in a similar role within the earthworks and infrastructure industry.
• Good knowledge of construction estimates and tender work.
• Experience working with quality, environment, and working environment (QEW).
• Knowledge of AMA Anläggning, MER, as well as AB 04 and ABT 06 is an advantage.
• Good administrative skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with estimation and project tools is an advantage.
• Category B driver's license is required.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
