We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Receptionist/Hotel Host on a full-time basis to join our team. Here, you will have a varied job where you are an important part of the guest experience – from check-in to breakfast, bookings, and ensuring the hotel maintains high standards.

The position starts with a 6-month probation period, with good opportunities for permanent employment.

About the role

As a receptionist/hotel host, you work with the hotel's daily operations. The tasks vary and include among other things:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Booking management via phone, email, and booking system
• Guest service and information
• Preparation and serving of breakfast
• Cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas as needed
• Laundry and basic building maintenance
• Cash handling and administrative tasks
• Ensuring the hotel always maintains high standards and a welcoming atmosphere

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in service and people
• Are flexible and thrive with varied tasks
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and meticulous
• Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team
• Can handle a sometimes fast-paced work environment with a smile
• Have good computer skills
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.

Previous experience from hotels, reception, restaurants, or other service industries is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personality and willingness to learn.
