ICA Supermarket Ljungskile is now looking for a Department Manager for our Beverage Department.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for a responsible leader with great engagement and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have experience from a grocery store and it is a requirement that you have had a area of responsibility before and are now ready for the next step in your development.
• You work both strategically and operationally in the daily operations.
• You are passionate about creating an inspiring, customer-adapted, and profitable assortment.
• You want to contribute to smooth operations with a focus on customer service, display, pricing, and shrinkage.
• We work with team picking, and together with your sales manager and freezer manager, you understand the importance of working digitally and prioritizing correctly in daily operations.

Your personal qualities

• You have experience in food retail (preferably ICA, but not a requirement), however, experience in an area of responsibility is a requirement.
• You are driven and motivated by increasing sales figures and improved profitability.
• You love customer contact and work to make the customer happy every day.
• You are an engaged and communicative leader who inspires and motivates others.
• You naturally build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Examples of areas of responsibility

• Economic follow-up
• Purchasing and campaign planning
• Shrinkage follow-up and preventive planning
• Assortment development
• Goods receiving
• Routines and structure in the department
• Display and sales-driving measures

Qualifications

• Experience from a leadership position is meritorious.
• Experience from retail or grocery trade.
• Experience in an area of responsibility is a requirement.
• Knowledge of store economics.
• Knowledge regarding calculations and profitability.
• Experience with Min Butik and AOB is meritorious.

Other information

We operate under the Collective Agreement for Retail. Start date and salary according to agreement.
