Sea Freight Forwarder

We are currently looking for a Sea Freight Forwarder with a few years of experience in international sea freight who wants to take the next step in their career. Here, you will work in a varied role with significant personal responsibility.

About the Role

As a Sea Freight Forwarder, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring international sea freight shipments.

You will have daily contact with customers, shipping lines, carriers, and agents to ensure efficient and high-quality transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book sea freight shipments.
• Manage transport and freight documentation.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and international partners.
• Monitor shipments and handle discrepancies.
• Ensure high service levels and quality throughout the entire supply chain.
• Invoicing and administrative follow-up.

Who We Are Looking For

• Have a few years of experience in sea export, preferably import as well.
• Have basic knowledge of international transport and logistics chains.
• Thrive in a role with many contact points and a fast pace.
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Have good computer skills and preferably experience with forwarding or business systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
