About the position

As a direct seller for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with support from us. You present a selection of our products in a relaxed, safe, and welcoming environment where guests have the opportunity to ask questions, laugh, and discover new products.

We help you with:

  • introductory training
  • booking support
  • marketing materials
  • ongoing coaching and support

You are responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with the sales. More Than Love handles customer service and administration so that you can focus on giving customers an inspiring and positive experience.

We believe you will thrive if you:

  • enjoy meeting people and building good relationships
  • feel comfortable speaking in front of small groups
  • are responsible and can work independently
  • are service-oriented and have a positive attitude
  • have basic computer skills and access to the internet
  • can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and be responsible for orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties.

A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

We welcome applicants with different experiences and backgrounds. The most important thing for us is that you share our values and want to create a safe, inclusive, and positive experience for our customers.

  • Personal guidance and ongoing support
  • A dedicated head office that is close at hand
  • Opportunity to influence product range and campaigns

  • Flexibility to adapt the role to your daily life and goals
  • Great opportunities to develop and influence your own income through your sales

Compensation and contract type

  • The role is performed as an independent direct seller.
  • Compensation consists of commission on your own sales.
  • You decide yourself where, when, and how much you want to work.
