A job with a varied daily routine in a dynamic company centrally located in Örebro. The culture is characterized by a family atmosphere with openness and a forward-looking spirit. In the role of Machine Operator, you report to one of our production managers.

As a Machine Operator at Mondi, you have a varied and flexible job where you rotate between working with and operating different machines. The work is physical but also involves administrative tasks in the form of monitoring existing control systems. You are responsible for a specific machine during your current shift regarding operation, hygiene, and working environment.

You perform sampling and quality controls, which means you must be up-to-date with the company's quality, environmental, and working environment systems. Troubleshooting is also a common part of your daily routine, and together with the production manager, you carry out changes that are sometimes necessary in production.

The work format is initially a 3-shift system but may change to other arrangements, so it is important that you are open to different shift patterns.

We are looking for you who is a positive person who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. As a person, you are engaged, driven, and have the will to always do your best. You like a varied daily life and being part of a changing world. You are stimulated by problem-solving and always try to see solutions instead of problems. We see you as one of us – you enjoy having fun at work!

You have a high school education and/or experience from the manufacturing industry. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good computer skills. We value if you have good knowledge of product quality as well as process and machine knowledge, but this is not a requirement. If you have a forklift license, we see it as an advantage.
