Process Operator at Laxå Pellets – Do you want to drive production forward?

Laxå Pellets is growing and is now looking for an engaged Process Operator for our facility in Laxå.

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just monitor production – someone who wants to help develop it. You are a person who takes responsibility, sees opportunities for improvement, and has the desire to contribute to efficient, safe, and sustainable production.

About the role

As a process operator, you are a key part of our operations. You work with monitoring and controlling the production process, ensuring high quality, and contributing to the facility operating optimally around the clock.

We strive for broad competence within the production team and actively work with job rotation, which means you will have the opportunity to work with several parts of the business. In addition to process monitoring, operating a loader and forklift is also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling the production process
• Operational and quality control
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• Reporting and documentation
• Active work with safety, order, and improvement initiatives
• Operating a loader and forklift
• Collaboration with colleagues in production and maintenance

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the drive and desire to develop and advance production
• Is technically interested and enjoys solving problems
• Takes responsibility and works in a structured manner
• Thrives in collaboration and contributes to a strong team
• Has good computer skills
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Experience from the process industry or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation
• Forklift certificate and/or experience operating loaders
