About the role

We are currently looking for assemblers for the chassis department at Laxå Special Vehicles!

The work involves varied chassis conversions. These are converted based on customer requirements with the starting point of "exceeding customer expectations". The assembly work is carried out in a modernized process in fine facilities with a focus on a safe working environment and high quality. As an assembler in the chassis role, you are required to have strong self-drive and good teamwork skills.

Your profile

Requirements:

• Previously documented experience in mechanical assembly
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and handling tools
• At least upper secondary education within vehicle mechanics, electricity, or industry
• Category B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Previously documented experience in working with hydraulics, electricity/wiring diagrams or equivalent
• Living in the local area
• Lift license

To be qualified for this position, you must have previous work experience from industrial manufacturing in assembly and/or conversions. To thrive in the role, you should be driven and have a genuine interest in your tasks and the department's mission. You are happy to share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and receive the same from them. You are quality-oriented, initiative-taking, and work for continuous improvements.
