The Care and Social Services Department in Östersund Municipality is now looking for a Training Coordinator for the Personnel and Competence Unit. Do you have a nursing education and a burning interest in pedagogy, development, and competence supply? This could be the job for you!
The Personnel and Competence Unit is to provide support to the management and internal operations of the Care and Social Services Department regarding strategic and operational work related to competence supply and competence development. We are to be a support to the operations by offering various forms of training, administration, and coordination of students and pupils placed within the department. The mission is to enhance the competence of staff in various ways and to facilitate and support the operations as much as possible.
We are now looking for a Training Coordinator with a start in the autumn. The position is 100% with work Monday-Friday during flexible working hours.
Your new job
The Personnel and Competence Unit consists of three training coordinators, as well as a practice coordinator, occupational health and safety coordinator, inclusion coordinator, language development strategist, and competence supply strategist. You will collaborate in various ways with everyone in the unit, but primarily with the other training coordinators, the practice coordinator, and the language development strategist.
In your main role, you will work with training administration and internal training, but also be part of the unit's other assignments. Depending on the applicant's competence and education, the position may also include more parts related to competence supply and competence development. Within the scope of your tasks, you will administer the department's competence portal, coordinate and plan training, book premises, and follow up on completed training. Together with others in the unit, you are also responsible for planning and conducting various delegation and method training, such as RIK and vital parameters. You collaborate with the practice coordinator and others within the operations, participate in relevant forums, work on development issues, and follow up and evaluate initiatives.
Your competence
Requirements
- Educated nurse
- Work experience in the role of a nurse
- Administrative work experience
- Experience in conducting training
- Driver's license
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing
- Good computer skills and system familiarity
