We are now looking for two new colleagues to the Home Care Group Centre

The Home Care Group Centre is based in the premises of Tullbackagården in central Nora. Here, you will become part of a work group with 30 competent employees. We work in close cross-professional collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and other professions. This provides you with good support in your daily work and creates conditions for safe and person-centered care and support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting users in activities.
• Creating implementation plans and follow-ups.
• Acting as a care contact person.
• Reporting and documenting in our support systems.
• Performing delegated healthcare interventions (HSL).
• Participating in team meetings and APT (Departmental Personnel and Accessibility Work).
• Establishing good contacts with relatives and other important persons for the individual.

Working hours are scheduled during days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) and have experience working in elderly care.

You are professional in your interactions with home care recipients and their relatives. Furthermore, you need to have some computer skills and experience with written documentation, as this is part of the role. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Important regarding job title: As of July 1, 2023, the title "undersköterska" (nursing assistant) is a protected professional title. To be employed with this title, you must provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). Alternatively, a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, when the regulations came into force.
