Apoteket Lärkan is located inside Karlskoga Hospital and is a well-visited hospital pharmacy with high customer traffic and great variety in the workday. Here you work together with an engaged team of ten colleagues who enjoy collaborating and supporting each other. The dynamic environment, combined with the pharmacy's central location on the hospital grounds, creates good opportunities to develop and contribute your skills to our important mission.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00-19:00, Saturdays 09:00-17:00, Sundays 10:00-16:00.

For us, this package is a step towards strengthening our vision "A Life in Health". With our package "Career at Apoteket", you receive, in addition to a relocation grant to the municipality of 40,000 SEK, a bonus totaling 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) plus an additional allowance of 5,000 SEK/month during a three-year period.

Total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK for a three-year employment.

In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.
