💼 Your role with us

As a member of the A-omsorg team, you will:

• Provide personal care and support
• Tailor services to each client’s unique needs
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in documentation and reporting

You’ll join a caring and professional team that supports each other and grows together.

🌟 Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has experience as a care assistant or nursing assistant, preferably in home care
• Is attentive, flexible, and proactive
• Interacts with people in a professional and empathetic manner
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is comfortable with digital documentation

⏰ About the role

• Employment type: Full-time or part-time
• Working hours: Days, evenings, and weekends (schedule by agreement)
• Compensation: Fixed salary + shift allowances
