At Aleva, we are now looking for a secure and dedicated personal assistant for a woman in her 30s who lives in her own apartment in an urban area near Umeå.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you support the customer in her daily life. The work includes among other things personal care and household chores such as cleaning and cooking. The position may also involve accompanying the customer in various situations outside the home, and in the future, there may occasionally be travel in connection with this. The customer has assistance around the clock, and working hours include day, evening, on-call night, and weekends.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are warm, receptive, and secure in yourself. You have a natural way of creating calm around you and enjoy working closely with another human being. It is important that you have good teamwork skills and a respectful attitude, as well as being responsible and reliable. Since the customer's needs and the content of daily life can vary, it is important that you are flexible, adaptable, and have an easy time adjusting when the situation requires it.

Experience from healthcare and care is meritorious, but the most important thing is personal chemistry and your attitude.

Requirements

• Class B driver's license (you drive the customer's car in the position)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Tobacco-free
• Scent-free (with regard to the customer's sensitivity)

Other

• Scope: 75 - 100 %
• Start: Immediately according to agreement
• Recruitment is ongoing
