We are looking for you who want to take an active role in ensuring that the Disability Sector lives up to the quality requirements set in different parts of our sector. As Quality Manager, you are part of the sector management and are organizationally placed directly under the Sector Manager. You will become part of a competent team consisting of Quality Managers, Business Developers, Business Managers, Method Developers, Researchers, and the Sector Manager. In this role, you will become a key person in our systematic quality work where you, together with your colleagues, work to develop, strengthen, follow up, and improve the business in a long-term and sustainable way.

Your placement is at Krondikesvägen 60, but you will also work at our other workplaces in central Östersund. The work covers office hours, weekdays 08:00–17:00 with the possibility of flexible working hours.
The position is a one-year fixed-term contract, and the start date is by agreement.

As the Quality Manager, you will be a close support to the Sector Manager and work based on the administration's quality management system. Your task is to ensure that the business meets legal requirements, political goals, and quality requirements, as well as systematically following up, analyzing, and developing quality within the sector.
You work with following up and analyzing comments and deviations and ensuring that these lead to improvement measures. The role also includes designing and updating routines, developing self-control, and ensuring compliance with laws and quality requirements. You act as a process leader in the sector's work, which covers all interventions within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry.
Furthermore, you support the Sector Manager and business managers in ensuring that processes are current and used in the businesses, as well as in the work with risk analyses and business planning. You lead and develop the sector's processes and collaborate with other actors to create and improve collaboration routines.
The assignment also includes training managers in the business system Stratsys, conducting environmental scanning, and contributing material to reports such as quality reports, patient safety stories, and annual reports. You also collect data for various follow-ups and participate in administration-wide forums where you contribute your competence in quality work.
Common tasks
- Responsible for ongoing quality work.
- Ensure compliance with routines, policies, and regulations.
- Plan and conduct internal controls and follow-ups.
- Handle deviations and improvement measures.
- Prepare and conduct presentations in various forums.
- Document and report quality-related results.
- Plan work meetings with the purpose of informing and training unit managers.
- Support unit managers in certain business and quality-related issues.
- Support the business in issues regarding quality and development.
Your competence
Requirements
- University degree that the employer finds relevant for the position.
- Good communication skills in speech and writing.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
