Responsibilities

You work on behalf of the area manager. The role includes, among other things:

  • providing support to managers and employees, individually and in groups
  • working with work-oriented rehabilitation
  • conducting work capacity assessments and investigations
  • supervising managers and work groups
  • providing crisis support and counseling
  • working with stress management and conflict resolution
  • conducting surveys of organizational and social work environment
  • supporting work teams and organizations in development and change work
  • planning and conducting training and lectures

We offer an independent and varied job in a creative environment with great opportunities to influence the design and implementation of assignments. We work consultatively with a combined broad competence within our field of work throughout Örebro County, primarily towards municipalities and Region Örebro County. You have an important role regarding contact with our clients.

You receive regular supervision together with colleagues and have good opportunities for professional development. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction to the business and support from experienced colleagues to get started in the role.

Qualifications
  • licensed psychologist
  • experience working with group and organizational development
  • valid driver's license (Category B)

About the Business

Regionhälsan is the internal occupational health service for Region Örebro County. We also serve as an occupational health service for eight of the county's municipalities and are part of the association Swedish Occupational Health Services, collaborating with several universities in development and research projects. We are quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015, authorized by Swedish Occupational Health Services, and work as an Academic Occupational Health Service.

Regionhälsan consists of a wonderful team of 33 employees who get along very well and support each other in our assignments. We have a broad competence including doctors, occupational health nurses, occupational health engineers, work psychologists/behavioral scientists, ergonomists/physiotherapists, as well as administrative staff.

We have offices in Örebro, Hallsberg, Kumla, Laxå, Lindesberg, and Karlskoga.

We assist clients in the development of sustainable, safe, healthy, and modern workplaces. We maintain a continuous close dialogue with our clients so that we can jointly develop more methodical, evidence-based, and early intervention support. The challenge for the future is to meet or preferably exceed the client's expectations regarding both the quality of our services and cost-effectiveness.
