Capio Go is Capio's fully digital and national healthcare service – always close to our patients, regardless of where they are. Around 90 dedicated employees work fully digitally with us. All work is performed remotely within Sweden, giving you great flexibility while becoming part of a close-knit and engaged team.
We meet patients via chat and video and work in close collaboration between psychologists, doctors, and nurses to provide patients with the right care at the right level. When needed, we can easily refer the patient further within Capio's care chain.

Your RoleAs a psychologist at Capio Go, you meet patients with mild to moderate mental health issues through digital care sessions via chat and video. You conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling, and offer treatment interventions based on evidence-based methods, including internet-based CBT (iCBT). You work with both shorter treatment contacts and structured treatment programs via the internet. As needed, you collaborate with other professions and help the patient to the right level of care.

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with experience working in primary care or other outpatient activities. Experience with digital care sessions is meritorious but not a requirement.
You are confident in your professional role, have good clinical assessment skills, and are comfortable making independent decisions. At the same time, you appreciate working in a team and see the value of close collaboration with other professions.
You have a good attitude, are structured, and work with high quality and the patient in focus. You have good digital skills and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills are meritorious.
EmploymentThe position is a permanent full-time role (100%). We apply a six-month probation period.
Working hours are Monday–Friday. Evening shifts occur on some Mondays and Tuesdays until 19:00.
