Do you have experience with tenders and public procurement? Are you driven, structured, and strategic? Then we are looking for you to be the heart of Prezero's tender processes and help win new assignments. As a BID Manager & Tender Specialist, you will become a key person in turning business opportunities into deals – from analysis to submitted tender. Prezero is now looking for two new colleagues. Send us your application!
About the Role
This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Prezero Recycling AB.
About the Company
PreZero Sweden is a waste and recycling company that is part of the international environmental group PreZero, headquartered in Germany with operations in eleven countries. In Sweden, we have approximately 1,200 employees across more than 60 locations. PreZero strives to promote each employee's professional development while supporting a healthy work-life balance. Their corporate culture is characterized by a family atmosphere, and they are proud to share the vision of a more sustainable tomorrow.
At PreZero, you will become part of a tight-knit tender team where the atmosphere is open, helpful, and flat-hierarchical. You will have significant responsibility and real influence, not just on calculations and pricing, but on the entire business. This is a unique opportunity to work close to operations, contribute to strategic decisions, and feel proud that your efforts make a real difference.
Responsibilities
As a BID Manager / Tender Specialist at Prezero, you play a central role in driving the tender process from start to submission and follow-up. The role is operationally close and involves extensive dialogue with various departments within the organization – where you identify procurements, communicate prerequisites, and ensure the work moves forward. A large part of the job involves interpreting and understanding procurement documents according to LOU (the Swedish Public Procurement Act). Here, you weigh law, business, and local conditions against each other: what are the requirements, what can be questioned, and how should it be interpreted in practice based on the company's delivery capacity. You act as a bridge between the documentation and the operations. You break down requirements, structure the work, and clarify what each department needs to contribute. Parallel to this, calculation and pricing work form a large and important part, where you produce materials that are both commercially sustainable and competitive. Additionally, you will support the organization with statistics and calculations in other projects and contexts.
- Monitor procurements, analyze request documents, and communicate them further within the organization
- Interpret requirements according to LOU and support operations in what needs to be delivered
- Structure, coordinate, and quality-assure the tender from start to submission
- Develop calculations and pricing as a central part of the tender work
- Follow up on tenders and contribute to the development of methods and processes
- Support and assist the organization with statistics and calculations
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
- Experience in public procurement, e.g., LOU, LUF, or LUK
- Experience with e-procurement systems
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Merits:
- Experience in tender work within the environmental, recycling, or waste management industry
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and takes responsibility for driving the work forward. You are comfortable taking initiative, building connections with different parts of the organization, and building trust in dialogues with operations. To succeed in this role, you need a structured and meticulous working method, where you have control over details and ensure the work is done right from the start. You thrive in an environment where requirements are clear and precision is crucial, while also being able to handle several parallel processes without losing sight of the big picture. You also have an analytical mind and are comfortable interpreting complex information, both legal and technical. You can make trade-offs, question where necessary, and turn requirements into practical solutions together with operations. The role suits you if you like the combination of analysis, structure, and collaboration where you work both independently and in close dialogue with others.
PreZero sees diversity as a strength and strives to create a workplace where all employees feel included and encouraged to contribute. We therefore welcome all applicants regardless of background and life situation.
