Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the client's project for replacing an existing sorting facility in their warehouse operations. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project execution, from preliminary studies and requirement specification to installation, commissioning, handover, and follow-up. The project takes place in a business-critical logistics environment where high availability, safety, and minimal impact on daily operations are crucial. You should have a good understanding of logistics flows, competence in occupational health and safety, fluency in Swedish and English, and be able to work on-site in Jordbro when needed. An extract from the credit register is required, and drug testing may occur.

Regular on-site presence is required throughout the project execution.
Duration: The assignment is expected to run from project start after the summer (August) 2026 until June/July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and coordinate the entire project.
- Manage requirement specifications for suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure that installation and commissioning take place with minimal impact on operational activities.
- Coordinate internal functions such as Logistics, Operations, IT, Facilities, and EHS.
- Lead project meetings, steering group meetings, and status reviews.
- Manage project budget, schedule, risks, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements throughout the project.
- Develop and monitor risk analyses and action plans.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and systematic work environment management (SAM).
- Ability to conduct and follow up on risk assessments.
- Ensure that installations comply with current safety requirements.
- Coordinate safety representatives, contractors, and external suppliers from a work environment perspective.
- Ensure that necessary permits, barriers, and safety procedures are in place during the project.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
