As an HR Partner, you will support Achima’s managers and employees, together with the HR Director and Payroll Administrator. This support will be both operational, in the form of administration and follow-ups, and strategic. By building strong relationships and trust with managers and employees, you will actively contribute to the development of our internal HR processes. Your approach is consultative and solution-oriented, and you will have close contact internally within the organization as well as with external parties. Your main tasks include:

• Supporting managers in recruitment processes and salary setting.
• Administering job advertisements via Teamtailor and ensuring good optimization on social media to attract the right competence.
• Administering employment contracts as well as on- and off-boarding in the personnel system Kontek HRM.
• Participating in the development and implementation of strategic HR processes.
• Supporting managers in labor law matters and rehabilitation processes.
• Contributing to the development of governing documents related to HR.

About you

We see that you have an academic degree in HR or work experience that we assess as equivalent. We believe you have a few years of work experience in HR and as a support to management. You have experience in operational and strategic HR work and feel confident in your knowledge of laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR. You are also interested in actively contributing to building Achima’s employer brand.

Terms of Employment

• The position is a temporary contract from late November 2026 to autumn 2027.
• Full-time with working hours on weekdays.
• Travel to our units may occur as needed.
