About Us
Närhälsan Lövgärdet Health Centre and Child Health Centre is an established and stable operation in the Angered district with approximately 9,000 registered residents and just over 20 employees. The health centre is beautifully located right next to the Vättlefjäll Nature Reserve and Surtesjön. The district is home to residents from all over the world. We work based on our values, where the equal value of all people is in focus, rather than cultural and linguistic challenges.
Through continuous quality work, we have succeeded in making patients feel welcome, well-treated, and satisfied with the care we offer. In patient surveys, the health centre has been ranked among the ten best in the Region of Västra Götaland for several years. We have created a pleasant atmosphere at the workplace that everyone, regardless of profession, actively contributes to and wants to keep alive. The Child Health Centre is part of a family centre and works health-promotingly close to several other actors.
As an employee at Närhälsan, you are offered various forms of development opportunities, for example through internal training and mentoring programs. About the Job
Your duties at the health centre span a broad field and cover the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, and at the clinic.
The work takes place through both emergency and planned activities. Close cooperation takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operation forward.
About You
You are a registered nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care and/or have a 7.5 ECTS supervisor education, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated.
We are looking for you who take initiative in work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener both on the phone and during visits at the clinic. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.
Other
The position is a fixed-term assignment of 12 months.
Interviews at the health centre will be conducted from week 32.
Welcome with your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and calls for an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
Warmly welcome with your application!
