About the job
As an Inside Sales Representative at EUROPART in Örebro, you will play a central role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving sales forward. You will also share responsibility for our delivery van. Your tasks will include:
- Proactively processing the branch's customers to increase sales
- Building long-term relationships with our existing and new customers
- Active sales and advisory services to our customers regarding our products and services
- Order administration and follow-up to ensure our customers are always satisfied
- Handling complaints and returns
- Working towards meeting the sales budget
- Some warehouse work may occur
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager and other colleagues to achieve common goals
What are we looking for?
We see many paths into EUROPART; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. We believe you are social, communicative, and enjoy having various contact points. You have a business sense and the ability to create sustainable relationships and trust with customers. If you are also receptive, solution-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team, this could truly be the job for you!
- You have previous vehicle technical knowledge
- Advantageous with experience of trucks, trailers, or other heavy parts
- Have experience in sales and customer service
- Have good computer skills and can handle business systems
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), with basic knowledge of English
