About you:

We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service representatives with a strong sense of service. At our company, we handle incoming support inquiries regarding our customers' products, with a strong focus on the customer's experience of the contact through friendly and personal treatment. At Foundever, we believe that attitude and personality matter more than previous work experience. Therefore, we do not require previous employment when looking for future customer service representatives. Our customers contact us primarily via phone, but also via email and chat, and your primary work tool will be the telephone.
You have the option to perform the work either from home or on-site at our office. As part of the employment, a 3-week training period is held, which takes place via video link if you choose to work from home, or in our training room at the office if you prefer to work on-site.
Before your employment begins, we provide the work equipment you need. If you choose to work from home, you only need a stable internet connection and a place in your home where you can work undisturbed.
To apply for this job, you must meet the following requirements:
- Fluent Danish in both speech and writing
- Fluent English in both speech and writing
- Clean criminal record extract
- Basic computer skills

Your responsibilities:
The work involves troubleshooting software products. It also includes troubleshooting to rule out or locate hardware faults and find flexible solutions. The primary focus is customer satisfaction.
You are good at coaching the customer to the right solution. The focus is on creating satisfied customers and answering their questions through a friendly and personal approach. The role also includes a focus on achieving the goals set by the customer and the company. This means that you have the opportunity to influence your own salary, as we apply a fixed base salary with an associated bonus model. The role does not include sales, as the focus is on customer satisfaction.

Customer service is open Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00. This means that evenings/weekends are not included. In other words, we have two schedules, one from 08:00–17:00 and the other from 09:00–18:00, which rotate within the team.
Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application date.
The work should be performed in Danish, towards Danish-speaking customers.
