About the roleAs Account Manager B2B – SEO & Digital Visibility, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate customers who want to grow through improved digital visibility and more inbound leads. You drive the entire business yourself – from prospecting to closing and long-term relationships – with the support of established processes, CRM, and experienced colleagues.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Prospecting and developing new corporate customers (B2B)
Conduct needs analysis and identify the business value of increased digital visibility
Present and package solutions based on the customer's business, not the product's features
Create quotes, drive business to closure, and follow up
Build long-term customer relationships and your own subscription-based customer portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams for a holistic delivery to the customer
The most important thing for us is not which company you come from – it is the sales environment that has shaped you.
We believe that you have sold complex B2B solutions for a few years, preferably subscription-based (MRR/SaaS), where the customer invests today but sees the big effect later and where ROI must be justified and explained. You have likely worked consultatively rather than transactionally, and you are used to owning the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, presentation, quote, negotiation, closing, and relationship building.
We are not looking for the most extroverted person in the room. We are looking for the one who best understands a business – who is curious about technology and AI, can build trust with decision-makers such as CEOs or marketing directors, works in a structured and disciplined manner, and asks better questions than the competition.
Do you have 1–2 years of experience but the right drive and background? Apply anyway – we value sales environment, working methods, and potential higher than the number of years.
We believe that you:
Have experience in B2B sales, preferably of complex or subscription-based solutions
Are used to working towards goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline
Enjoy business dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and customer meetings
Like advisory sales and relationship building
Speak and write fluent Swedish
Desirable documented results:
High customer retention and win rate
Larger deal sizes
Recurring subscription deals
Sales to CEOs, marketing directors, or other decision-makers
Experience with SEO or digital marketing
Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission model with no cap
Clear onboarding and training in AI, SEO, and sales methodology
