About the Project Sales Manager Role
As a Project Sales Manager at Gotapack, you will become a key person in the company, responsible for the sales and project management of advanced process and packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and related sectors in the Nordics. You will drive complex investment projects from the initial customer dialogue to final installation, working closely with both customers and international suppliers throughout the entire business process.
The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you act as the connecting link between the customer, supplier, and internal resources. You will become part of a small and entrepreneurial team where collaboration, technical understanding, and long-term relationships are crucial for creating successful projects. You will be based at the office in Gothenburg, report directly to the CEO, and enter an exciting phase where you will have the opportunity to take on major responsibility in the sales organization!
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive complex sales and investment projects from first contact to final delivery.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities in the Nordics.
- Develop technical solution proposals together with international suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms and coordinate the various stakeholders in the project.
- Represent Gotapack at customer meetings, supplier visits, FAT/SAT, and trade fairs.
About You
We are looking for you who have a university degree in engineering or equivalent technical education, and several years of experience in technical B2B sales. You have worked with complex investment projects or process equipment and are accustomed to driving businesses with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers. Furthermore, you have good technical understanding, experience with international suppliers and contract negotiations, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. The role requires a B-driver's license and the ability to travel.

You build trust with both customers and suppliers, are proactive and self-reliant, and drive complex projects forward with a structured approach. Key requirements for the role:
- Post-secondary technical education, likely a university degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in technical B2B sales of investment projects or complex process equipment.
- Experience with major deals involving long sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Good technical understanding and experience with international suppliers.
- Fluent in Swedish and English; German skills are a plus.
- B-driver's license and ability to travel as required by the role.
Merits:
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated process industries.
- Experience with GMP, GAMP, or similar quality-controlled environments.
- Experience with process, filling, or packaging machines.
