ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelet links. We work at a high pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

Other responsibilities include:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Ear/nose piercing (training provided upon starting).
• Window displays, replenishing stock, and changing campaigns.
• Inventory.

The position is a permanent part-time role of 10 hours/week with a 6-month probation period, starting immediately.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE A PLUS

• Previous work experience in retail.
• A completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
