WE TRAIN YOU 🎓

You do not need previous sales experience – we teach you from scratch. What matters most is that you have energy, are willing to make contact, and have the desire to develop. ⚡ Several of our best sales representatives come from backgrounds in service, construction, or other practical professions.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤝

In the role of sales representative, you meet homeowners in their homes, at events, and at trade fairs. You listen to their needs, present energy-smart solutions, build trust with the customer, and help the customer make the right decision.

ABOUT US

At NPE, we work with helping property owners save money and reduce their climate impact through smart products such as solar cells, batteries, heat pumps, windows, and roof replacements. We handle the entire process from consultation to finished installation – and we are growing rapidly. Behind us is Bragnum Invest as a stable owner.

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, 6-month probation period.

SALARY: Guaranteed salary + performance-based compensation.
