Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. Are you a playful and mischievous person? Then perhaps you are the one I am looking for as one of my female assistants.

I am an 18-year-old girl living on the outskirts of Tibro with my family. I need help with toileting, being watched over when I sleep, taking my medication, help getting out to various activities, and being my support in everyday life, where my disability sets limits, simply put.

I have a muscle weakness that requires me to do stretching exercises regularly. I do not have spoken language but communicate using pictures, body language, gestures, my communication book PODD, and my digital communication aid. I also use a pointer lamp to help me.

I also have epilepsy, so I need help if and when I have seizures. I eat via a tube/button on my stomach. It is an advantage if you have experience with this; otherwise, I will teach you. If you have experience or education in this area, it is a plus.

Who are you?

We are looking for a woman who finds it easy to cooperate and has the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. You should obviously enjoy working with children. We prefer that you have at least a nurse assistant education or equivalent, as well as previous experience working with children. We would also like you to have experience with autism, button feeding, and tube feeding.

The team around our client is important, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and that there is a "click" between you and our client. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transport does not align with our working hours.

We are looking for summer substitutes, with a chance to start immediately.
