Job Description
We are now seeking four employees for our Resource Team within the Disability Support department. In the resource team, you belong to a smaller team but work flexibly towards several operations based on their needs. The position involves a varied working day where you primarily work in group homes and service residences within the municipality. You are not tied to a specific unit but are linked to approximately three operations and may work at several units during certain shifts.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, thrives in a changing work environment, and has the opportunity to work in several areas of the municipality.
The work involves great variation and the opportunity to meet different target groups and work groups, while you have the security of belonging to your own team. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, sleeping on-call, and work every other weekend. The schedule is planned over eight weeks and may also include resource shifts.
The tasks are designed based on each individual's needs, resources, and conditions. The work includes, among other things, purchasing, cooking, cleaning, and participating in leisure activities. You are also responsible for social documentation and medication management according to delegation.

Requirements
- You have completed the nursing program and are a nurse assistant/support assistant or have another education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience working with people with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to take and follow delegated HSL (Health and Social Care Act) tasks.
Merits
- Category B driver's license.
- Experience with the methods low-affective approach, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and clear pedagogy.
- Experience working with challenging behavior and care.
- Experience with TimeCare, Treserva, and/or BPSD register.
