Do you want meaningful work where you make a real difference? We are now looking for a calm, secure, and responsible personal assistant for Ella, 23, who lives in her own apartment in Tjuvkil.

Ella is a happy, cuddly, and positive 23-year-old who loves fashion, interior design, and cozy moments. She has difficult-to-control epilepsy, as well as a stoma and PEG.

About the position

The job is a night duty position at approximately 85%, where about 80–90% of the time involves bedside monitoring. You need to be able to recognize different types of epileptic seizures, act calmly and securely if an emergency arises, and document events according to routines.

The position also includes standard ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tasks and providing support in Ella's daily life based on her needs.

The nights are usually quiet. When Ella is sleeping, you can, for example, read a book or engage in quiet handicrafts, while maintaining full attention on her. Ella is a light sleeper, so it is important that you move quietly and work calmly.

Ella goes to sleep around 22:00 and wakes up around 06:00. The day then begins with breakfast and a cozy moment on the sofa before your shift ends.

Working hours: 21:45–08:15

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

You will receive a secure and thorough introduction before you start working independently. Free parking is available near the workplace, and it takes approximately 25 minutes by car from Stenungsund.

• Are calm, secure, and stable in yourself.

• Can maintain focus and act methodically even in emergency situations.

• Are meticulous with documentation.

• Speak and write fluent Swedish.

• Have experience with night work in personal assistance or other care roles (preferred).

• Are quick to laugh and contribute to a warm and positive atmosphere.

• View the position as long-term and wish to create security over time.

• Are comfortable with closeness – Ella enjoys hugs and appreciates an assistant who wants to build a warm, secure, and close relationship.
