About the Department
Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home help services, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.
Do you want to help develop the elderly care of the future? We are now looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse to Svarte Specialized Housing. The position combines care work with an extended role as deputy coordinator and quality officer.
With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your specialist competence while being a key resource in the planning, quality assurance, and development work of the operations.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Nurse, you work with qualified care and support based on the residents' individual needs. You are also expected to contribute with supervision and knowledge sharing within your specialist area to colleagues and other staff.
In the role of deputy coordinator, you act as support to the coordinator and are responsible for covering absences due to, for example, vacation, illness, or other leave. The role includes among other things:
- Ensuring staffing and personnel resources in the operations
- Managing absences and, if necessary, coordinating replacement staffing
- Supporting the daily planning and operation of the activities
- Being a contact person for staff regarding coordination matters
- Contributing to structure, continuity, and a good work environment
As a quality officer, you work together with the manager and colleagues to develop and follow up on the operations' quality work. You strive to ensure that routines, working methods, and documentation maintain high quality and contribute to good and safe care and support.
When you are not serving as deputy coordinator, you work in the regular operations with standard duties for an assistant nurse.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with passing grades. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
Meritorious:
- Are a specialist assistant nurse with a focus on dementia or psychiatry.
- Have experience in coordination assignments or similar administrative roles within care and support.
- Have experience in quality work and operational development.
- Have good computer skills and experience with documentation according to current legislation.
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented. You have good cooperation skills and enjoy supporting and guiding colleagues. You can work independently, make decisions within the framework of your assignment, and build good relationships with residents, relatives, and staff.

- Salary: Monthly salary.
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-17 or as agreed.
- Working hours: Shift schedule/mixed schedule.
