Are you a structured and analytical planner who thrives in a role with many contact points and significant personal responsibility? We are now looking for a planner for an exciting consulting assignment. You will become part of a newly formed team consisting of project managers, planners, and after-sales coordinators who work together to ensure efficient planning and a well-functioning production flow.
About the role
As a planner, you, together with three colleagues, have overall responsibility for coordinating the company's needs and schedules. You work closely with production, purchasing, and other internal functions to create good lead time and contribute to an efficient and quality-assured planning process.
The role is varied and offers great opportunities to influence working methods, develop processes, and contribute to the company's ongoing improvement work.
In the role, you will among other things work with:
- Forecast and capacity planning.
- Material planning and monitoring of material requirements.
- Cost estimation.
- Develop, follow up, and analyze relevant KPIs.
- Participate in and drive improvement work together with adjacent functions.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are curious, proactive, and thrive in a role where you get to work both operationally and strategically. You have good structure in your work, are used to prioritizing between several parallel activities, and find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the business.
You are communicative, solution-oriented, and appreciate a role with significant personal responsibility and freedom to influence.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in material, capacity, or utilization planning.
- An academic degree or vocational higher education in logistics, production, or another relevant area, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience from similar roles within logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
- Experience with IFS Sherpa or other ERP systems is an advantage.
