About the Position

2 positions.

In preparation for the autumn term, we are looking for hourly substitute teachers who can step in for shorter and longer assignments. You are flexible and enjoy teaching in full classes as well as in small groups. You have a holistic view of the task concerning the student and are a secure adult figure in the school. You are also comfortable substituting at the after-school center (fritids) when needed. Please specify if you are willing to work at both schools or only one (Kyrkslättens skola in Kall and Racklöfska skolan in Järpen).

As a person, you collaborate easily, feel secure and confident even in challenging situations, and can adapt easily to different types of tasks and scenarios. You often find win-win solutions through a goal-oriented focus on the common objective, free from ego. You communicate clearly and can easily distinguish between matters and personalities. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• It is meritorious if you are a certified teacher for grades F-3 or 4-6.
• Good experience and knowledge regarding NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• You have a good ability to work both independently and in collaboration with students, guardians, colleagues, and school leadership.
• We assume you have a very strong ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused based on current guidelines, with the child's best interest always in focus.

We return from summer vacation on August 5th and will begin the recruitment process then.

Duration: Start date: By agreement.
