We are a small, dynamic company operating within education and veterinary care. We work towards our vision "We create new stories through brave choices" with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We work hard to create a safe, non-hierarchical, and inspiring environment for our staff and the people we meet in our work.

We provide education in forestry, animals, and driver training. Here, we have approximately 50 staff members, 140 upper secondary students, and around 100 adult students. Take a look at our Facebook page or Instagram to see more of what is happening at Dille Gård right now.

We also have a sister school in Haninge, south of Stockholm: Berga Nature Farming Upper Secondary School.

At Dille Gård in Ås, we offer the Nature Farming Programme at the upper secondary level, as well as adult education (Komvux) with profiles in: Horses, Hunting, Dogs, Adventure, Forestry Machinery, Bus, Truck, and Animal Healthcare. The school's staff work closely with the students using a process-oriented pedagogy. The school is located in a beautiful farm environment, and the property is constantly being developed. Adjacent to the school lies our fine veterinary clinic.

We strive to work closely with the students and focus heavily on our "Dille Spirit".

As some of our colleagues move on to new challenges, we are now looking for two instructors/traffic teachers who are passionate about education and want to share their knowledge with aspiring drivers in the industry.

Requirements:

• Some years of experience from the industry.
• C and/or CE driver's license (D and/or DE licenses are meritorious).
• You have turned 21 and have held such a license for a total of at least three of the last ten years.

Meritorious:

• Approved heavy goods vehicle traffic teacher by the Swedish Transport Agency for categories C and CE (meritorious for D and DE).
• Previous experience as a supervisor or having worked with education in some form.

As a person, you are flexible, pedagogical, and not afraid to meet challenges. You are passionate about education and have a special ability to adapt your teaching to the individual's needs. You have great patience and easily build relationships that inspire trust.
