About the position
We are now looking for an assistant for our legal department. In this role, you are expected to contribute your ability to create efficient working methods and purposeful support, develop and digitize administrative routines, and contribute your perspectives to the strategic work within the department. You are expected to handle and initiate tasks and assignments independently.
The duties include, among other things:
- Independently develop administrative routines and structures for the Legal Department.
- Support the department manager with the department's joint tasks.
- Administrative handling, such as bookings, minutes, invoice management, requisitions, travel bookings, case handling, follow-up, and registration.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Legal.
- Work with preparations, decision materials, consultations, and other formal authority documentation.
- Contribute to Svenska kraftnät's assistant network.
The assistant is placed at the Legal Department and reports to the department manager. You are part of a group of five people who report directly to them. As an assistant, you are also part of the department's management group. The assistant works closely with the Head of Legal and supports the Director General's assistant as needed.

Education and experience:
Suitable academic education or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You also have:
- At least 5 years of recent experience working as an executive assistant or management support to a senior executive in a leading position.
- Experience in a similar role in a complex operation.
- Experience in developing structures and processes for administrative handling in a dynamic organization.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in an authority, the Government Offices, or a law firm.
- Experience in other administrative roles.
- Experience in delivering to multiple simultaneous clients.
- Experience in digitizing administrative processes.
Good to know
- The position is located in Sundbyberg.
- Travel for work purposes is rare.
- Possibility of remote work up to 50%, when the work allows.
