Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is now looking for a Development Manager with a focus on investigation and analysis.

The Assignment

As a Development Manager with us, you are responsible for conducting qualified investigative work. Your starting point is cross-functional understanding and the ability to delve into multiple perspectives. You play a central role in overarching forward-looking business planning and business follow-up.

The role requires a good understanding of a politically governed organization, confidence in presenting to management, and the ability to provide nuanced, objective oral and written presentations.

The assignment includes:

• Conducting analysis and investigative work.
• Compiling the organization's needs based on internal data, and connecting information from various sources into a holistic picture.
• Being responsible for responding to external consultations, e.g., responses to government inquiries.
• Coordinating survey studies.
• Active environmental scanning within the social policy area and the healthcare area.
• Planning and conducting workshops in analysis.

You work independently, in close collaboration with administrative leadership and other strategic roles.

What you need to bring with you

Requirements

• Adequate university degree.
• Several years of experience in investigative work within a public authority.
• Well-acquainted with working in a politically governed organization.

Welcome to us

Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The assignment is to meet the needs of the municipal residents for healthcare and social care. KSON therefore has unique prerequisites to seamlessly meet the residents' needs for effective holistic solutions and is governed by a board with elected representatives from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.

KSON has agreements with many providers and also runs care and social services in-house through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget volume amounts to approximately 4.8 billion SEK, and we currently have approximately 120 employees, primarily with purchaser, owner, and authority assignments within the administration.

Norrtälje Municipality is part of a Swedish-speaking administrative area, and we view it positively if you are Finnish-speaking or if you know any of the minority languages or other languages.

For this role, the starting salary is normally between 46,000 – 54,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.

Probationary employment may be applied for permanent positions.
