You will become an important part of the Health and Medical Care Unit within the Social Services, where you, together with competent colleagues, work to create the best possible quality in care.

Your assignment

As Head of Unit, you are responsible for leading, planning, and further developing the operations in line with the goals of social services. You have overall responsibility for operations, economy, and personnel – and play a central role in creating a work environment where employees thrive and develop.

• You collaborate broadly within the organization

You report to the Head of Health and Medical Care.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist and who are driven by developing both operations and people. If you have previous experience in managerial roles, we see it as an advantage – but the most important thing is your leadership and engagement.

More about the position

The position is a permanent, full-time (100%) employment. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday. Start date by agreement. Probationary period may apply.
