We are currently looking for a Study and Career Counselor to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). As a study and career counselor, you will be responsible for the cohesive guidance process for individuals, conducting mapping interviews and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program.

Background

You hold a degree as a study and career counselor. Experience in career guidance, mentoring/coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
