About the RoleDo you want to take a key role in developing future planning processes in a manufacturing operation with high demands on quality, delivery security, and efficiency? In this role, you will work close to the core of the business and contribute to creating robust, efficient, and long-term sustainable production planning.
You combine operational responsibility with strategic improvement work and become crucial in creating structure, developing working methods, and strengthening planning capabilities throughout the entire value chain. Here you have a great opportunity to influence processes, methodology, and collaboration between several central functions in the business. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work in a complex environment where planning, business systems, and business development meet.
Responsibilities- You create, maintain, and further develop production plans to ensure capacity, delivery precision, and efficient resource utilization.
- You develop methodology, processes, and working methods within production planning.
- You work systematically with material supply and contribute to an efficient material flow throughout the value chain.
- You develop routines and standardized working methods in the business system IFS.
- You drive improvement initiatives within planning, supply chain, and business processes.
- You lead or participate in projects within business development, digitalization, and process improvements.
- You collaborate closely with production, purchasing, logistics, project management, and other key functions.
- Several years of experience in production planning, material planning, or a corresponding role.
- Documented experience working within Supply Chain Management.
- Very good knowledge of business systems and process development.
- Experience in developing and implementing planning methods and work processes.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Good analytical skills and habit of working in a data-driven manner.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
- Experience from the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of S&OP, MRP, and capacity planning.
- Experience with ERP implementations or larger system development projects.
- Experience with IFS.
- Certification in project management or supply chain.
