Do you want to be part of developing modern production processes in a company where continuous improvement is the focus? We are now looking for a Production Technician/Production Engineer for an interesting consulting assignment.
You will have the opportunity to work close to production, influence working methods, and contribute to increased quality and efficiency. About the Assignment
As a Production Technician/Production Engineer, you will work close to daily production and be responsible for developing, improving, and standardizing processes. You will become an important part of a team of eight people and contribute to creating efficient and stable production flows. The role involves close collaboration with several functions within the business, as well as participation in projects and the introduction of new equipment.
Responsibilities
- Daily production technical support to the business
- Troubleshooting during operational disruptions and deviations
- Standardization of working methods and development of instructions and standardized work instructions (SWI)
- Participation in investment projects and commissioning of new equipment
- Collaboration with production and other internal functions, as well as driving improvement work related to quality and efficiency

Competency Requirements
- University or college education in production technology or other relevant education and experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with or a good understanding of production technical work
- Ability to work with process development and continuous improvements
Advantageous Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma
- Experience from industrial production
