Accounting Consultant with Client Responsibility – Helsingborg

About the role

We are looking for you who want to grow, develop, thrive, and contribute to Talenom's development. We are a small team in Helsingborg consisting of 4 accounting consultants, including our office manager. Here, you will have a key role where you are responsible for building strong and long-term client relationships, while simultaneously leading and developing our client assignments. In this role, you are the client manager and play a central role in building trusting relationships with both existing and potential clients. This involves operational work with clients and strategic work focused on business advisory. As an accounting consultant, you work both in a team and independently, always striving to develop both working methods and the quality of deliveries.

You are also responsible for:

  • Independently preparing financial statements and annual reports according to current regulations and industry standards
  • Quality-assuring colleagues' deliveries and mentoring junior employees
  • Contributing with qualified and proactive economic advisory
  • Leading and developing your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensuring the team has the right prerequisites, structure, and working methods to deliver high quality to the client
  • Driving digitalization and efficiency improvements in clients' financial processes
  • Actively contributing to our growth by building relationships, participating in sales meetings and marketing activities, and highlighting the value of our services to potential clients in an advisory manner

Who we are looking for

In addition to the above, we see that you:

  • Are comfortable independently preparing annual accounts and annual reports according to the K2 regulations
  • Also have knowledge and experience in preparing simpler financial statements and annual reports according to the K3 regulations
  • Have at least 5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at an accounting firm
  • Want to develop further within client relations and business advisory
  • Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We would also appreciate if you:

  • Are an authorized accounting consultant
  • Have experience with sole proprietorships
  • Have worked with Fortnox and Capego
  • Have experience creating growth through existing and new client relationships
