About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you are responsible for providing qualified administrative support to managers, management teams, and employees. You play a central role in the operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes and contributing to the organization's ability to focus on its core business.
The role involves close collaboration with various functions and requires both independence and a proactive work approach. You will serve as a key contact person for administrative matters and support and guide the organization in internal processes, systems, and tools.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Provide administrative support to managers, management teams, and operations.
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and internal initiatives.
- Support and coordinate administrative aspects of various projects.
- Act as an expert user of administrative systems and tools.
- Handle and approve orders, invoices, and other administrative matters according to established procedures and authorization rules.
- Inform and provide support regarding internal processes, systems, and working methods.
- Handle ad hoc tasks based on operational needs.
- In some cases, act on delegation from management and represent the operation in relevant contexts.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of administrative working methods and processes.
Who We Are Looking For
- Have experience in qualified administrative work, preferably in a larger organization.
- Are accustomed to working with multiple parallel tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Have good system proficiency and an interest in digital tools and administrative processes.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Have good collaboration skills and build trusting relationships.
- Work independently and take initiative.
