About the Role
As part of the Primary Healthcare Area South, Hälsocentralen Centrum is located a stone's throw from Sundsvall city centre but in a lush and green setting. Your future colleagues will consist of family doctors and training doctors, district nurses and nurses, assistant nurses and medical secretaries, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of social workers, psychiatric nurses and psychologists. As a specialist in general practice, you will work with standard tasks within primary care and be an important part of our medical competence. In addition to clinical work, you will have a special responsibility for supervising and educating AT, BT and ST doctors. You will contribute to their professional development through structured supervision, feedback and support in their clinical daily lives. You will also have a central role in the continued development of the activity.
We work in a cross-professional manner and see collaboration between different professional groups as a prerequisite for creating modern, sustainable and patient-centred care. Together with colleagues from different professions, you will participate in and drive development work with a focus on quality, accessibility, patient safety and a good working environment.
We are now looking for two Specialists in General Practice at Hälsocentralen Centrum. The positions are permanent full-time positions with start date as agreed.
Responsibilities
- Reception work and medical assessments within primary care.
- Supervision and support for AT, BT and ST doctors.
- Planning and implementation of educational initiatives.
- Contribute to a learning and developing working environment.
- Active participation in quality and improvement work.
- Participate in and lead development projects together with different professions.
- Contribute to the development of new working methods and processes that strengthen patient benefit.
- Collaborate with internal and external actors to develop the quality and accessibility of care.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who
- Are a specialist in general practice.
- Have supervisor training.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- Have a B driving licence.
It is an advantage if you
- Have work experience within primary care.
